But" I suck! This game is perfect for me I can practice without getting everyone mad....Now I just need the time :P.... Runs well, plays well but there's no challenge as of september 2018. Props to the one dev for making this game and I hope he continues to make it worthwhile but unfortunately there are more challenging games elsewhere: Free to play shooters, multiplayer shooters that have more advanced A.I. for solo gamers, brutal single player shooters like EASY RED which is only $4. The gameplay mechanics are tight though so I hope the dev does something great with it. Game runs well. Lead time on snipers etc good. But no footsteps from AI, battle royale games rely heavily on sound and getting 4 or 5 bots suddenly shooting you from behind is great for your twitch aim, but in a real BR game I would be dead. Could not get my mouse sensitivity low enough. But yes I can see how this game would help in BR games for spotting other players and sniping.. Save your money, my dudes.*Edit* This being a solo project, damn good job from the dev.. Ive been eye balling this for awhile because we need more games like this for people like myself who don't always want to play against people or even a warm up. with that being said here is my honest opinion. Over all this game is good, the concept is awesome. For this game game being only made by one person and with updates too is great in my book (keep up the good work!) i'll get into the pros and cons not to be mean but what i would like to see possibly in the future and maybe smooth some things out a bit. cause i can see potential in this. Heres what I think. I think the begining of instructions right off the bat is good and you get to start off with two weapons (ak47 and "kar 98") which is great. Other bots have an m16, AWM from PUBG and a couple other weapons possibly I did not pick up so good start there with weapons hopefully we get to see more in the future. ADSing ( Aim Down Sights) is weird, when you do and strafe from left to right it does this snap feelings that isn't a huge deal but maybe try and smooth that out where it doesn't feel clunky i think will improve the flow of the movement. The settings for the game is good and easy to work with. my only complaint for that is the mouse settings for X and Y axis. i have it set to .1 and it still a bit too fast not sure how the coding is working for that but i run at 800 DPI and have never had that happen with any other game so maybe we can see a fix there but it's slow enough i can use it and enjoy. maybe for those who run at this DPI maybe try 400-450 DPI and see how that works out. I'm too stubborn to change so I'll deal LOL. Maybe a feature where you can control how many bots are on the playing field which again isn't a huge issue but somepoints there does tend to get a gang up of 4-5 on 1 and that can be slightly frustrating. Also The AI actually aren't that bad, at some points there was times where i could stare at them and they not shoot at all and other wherer i got smoked pretty quickly. Maybe adding a difficult settings similar to Battle Royale traininer, they have a difficulty setting and a customizeable one so you can adjust reaction time, sight, defensive offensive moment upon being fired at. maybe something to look into. The size of the map is awesome, everything is close yet feels far apart. Upon leaving the training area inside a building where you won't get attacked there is a platform whcih sends you to 4 different locations all on the same map and you can hoof it if you wanted to get to other locations which isn't an issue in my opinion.Over all The game is good, some Clunky feelings and maybe some more options on some things to be added but I'm glad i bought this for very little and enjoy slaying bots. I look forward to what you do with your game and improve. looking forward to see the futre of this game. keep up the good work!. I just played the new update (Patch 1.2) and it is a vast improvment from the game I bought last month. Historically, I've really been bad at playing FPS games. I just want to get good enough to enjoy playing, get a few kills and not die 3 seconds after spawning. This game is exactly what I wanted... a no-pressure, single-player environment where I can learn to aim better, manage my ammo, and know when to run and when to fight. So far, this game has helped me with my aim and I'm way less panicy than I was when I started. Been streaming\/saving on Twitch so I can track my progress. While I'm not ready for PuBG or others yet, I feel like I'm somewhat improving. The new patch was a huge leap forward. UPDATE: Big plans for the coming months!: Battle Royale Bootcamps first month in Early Access has been a huge success! As many of you know, this is a solo project so I would like to personally thank everyone who has invested the few bucks to get the game & provide me with much needed feedback. Both positive and negative feedback help me make decisions on how to implement improvements that the gaming community wants to see. You'll all be happy to hear that the small success in the first month of EA has provided me with an opportunity to do a complete overhaul for you guys. The concept of Battle Royale Bootcamp will remain the same but players can expect a cleaner, more polished gaming experience in a much larger training environment. Players who have been asking about multiplayer functionality, unfortunately will have to wait a little bit longer. I do have plans to introduce Co-op multiplayer so that players can practice squad tactics & call outs, but this will have to wait until after I have overhauled the single player version.DeveloperE.Murray.
